Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation and maintenance tasks including but not limited to hydraulic and pneumatic, DC electrical, and data acquisition systems; pump rebuilds, new builds, retrofits, and repairs
Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors, and connect couplings and belts and chains to precise tolerances; align and test equipment and make any necessary adjustments
Read diagrams, schematic drawings, and service manuals to determine work procedures
Ensure work meets or exceeds quality standards
Safely operate tools
Follow instructions; work cohesively with team
Other duties as assigned

Technical and Safety Qualifications:
Actively registered Apprentice Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic, DC electrical, and data acquisition systems, and pump rebuilds
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Safely operate hand and power tools; adhere to and promote safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Experience operating mobile oilfield equipment an asset
Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
Confined Space and Forklift certification are assets
Valid Driver’s License with good Driver’s Abstract

Key Responsibilities:
Use GMAW, SMAW, GTAW, and TIG welding processes to fabricate, fit, and assemble components for custom fabrications
Read and understand manufacturing drawings
Safely operate manual or semi-manual welding equipment to fuse metal pieces
Ensure welds meet specifications and meet or exceed quality standards
Continually learn and grow
Other duties as assigned

Aluminum welding experience an asset
Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
Overhead Crane experience an asset
Confined Space training an asset
Forklift certification an asset
