  • We are looking for a 3rd or 4th year Apprentice or Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) to join our innovative Team.

    Your Responsibilities:

    -Perform tasks including but not limited to hydraulics and pneumatics systems, DC electrical systems, data acquisition systems and pump rebuilds; retrofits and repairs

    -Assemble new equipment builds to GenTex quality standards

    -Ensure all work meets or exceeds quality standards

    -Follow instructions; work cohesively with Journeymen/Supervisor

    -Other duties as assigned

    Your Qualifications:

    -3rd or 4th Year Apprentice or Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic

    -Understanding of/experience with hydraulics and pneumatics systems, DC electrical systems, data acquisition systems and pump rebuilds

    -Ability to understand diagrams and drawings to determine work procedures

    -Valid Driver’s License with clean Driver’s Abstract

    -Overhead Crane experience an asset

    -Confined Space training an asset

  • GenTex Industries Inc. is looking for a Parts Technician (Apprentice or Journeyman)  to join our team!

    What you can expect:

    At GenTex our apprentices work in a fast-paced shop environment that covers a wide variety of parts such as hydraulics, electrical, pneumatics, data acquisition systems, oilfield pumps and beyond.

    Qualifications:

    -1st, 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice or Journeyman

    -Computer literacy a must, experience with Macola ERP considered an asset

    -Ability to understand diagrams and drawings

    -Forklift experience

    -Valid Class 5 Drivers License and acceptable Drivers Abstract

    -The ability to concentrate on detailed or repetitive work
