The GenTex Centralized Digital Controls (CDC) system allows operators to monitor real time pressures, temperatures, horsepower, and unit safeties. With our CDC system, you can directly record your data and create perfect graphing for you and/or your customers. Our system also allows customizations to fit your specific needs. 

GenTex Centralized Digital Controls (CDC) System

The GenTex Centralized Digital Controls (CDC) system is a low cost, customizable PLC based data acquisition and controls system specifically designed for mobile equipment. The system allows the operator to monitor the real time data of their equipment in a centralized display, which can also have the ability to record data. Since the systems are customizable, GenTex can tailor each system specific to the customer’s needs. Customers also have the ability to sync their real time data to the cloud to allow operation headquarters to monitor field operations and ensure all data is safely stored.

With safety remaining the top priority among all sectors, the GenTex CDC system has incorporated additional controls to ensure safe operation of all pumping, fluid hauling and heating equipment to ensure both the employees and equipment are operated safely and efficiently.

GenTex stocks all component used in the standard CDC systems this allows for quick additions to existing equipment and less downtime for customer repairs.
