TRAINING

At GenTex our goal is to provide our customers with safe and user-friendly equipment. When incidents occur, most of the time, it is related to an operator error. Trained and competent operators are an asset to every company and customer. GenTex offers full training courses to assist companies provide their operators with the knowledge and training they require to mitigate the risk of incidents.

For domestic clients, GenTex has an on-site training facility to facilitate classroom learning as well as hands-on training. Our training facility is equipped with a fluid source, high pressure choke and a mock wellhead to allow trainees to understand the full representation of an onsite scenario.

For International clients, GenTex provides on-site training as a value added service. We have provided our customers with new opportunities for production enhancement around the world. Providing innovation and technological improvement around the globe is part of the GenTex advantage.


Training Programs Offered:

On-line Theoretical courses: (Prerequisite to on-site training)

  1. Introduction to Heating & Hot Oil Units (4-6 hour course) COURSE LINK HERE

  2. Introduction to Pressure & Pumping Units (2-4 hour course)

Each course includes:

  • Introduction to the equipment and equipment uses

  • Introduction to major components of the equipment

  • Pre-job, job and post-job procedures

  • Safety

  • Trouble shooting

  • Quizzes and Final Exam

On-site Practical courses

  1. Introduction to Heating & Hot Oil Units (3 day course) **

  2. Introduction to Pressure & Pumping Units (2 day course)

Each course includes:

  • Continuation of major components

  • Operation of pumping/heating equipment at our on-site well head

  • Minor maintenance & repair

  • Trouble shooting

  • Case Studies/Incidents

  • Final exam- practical (hands on)

tRAINING COURSE Outcomes:

  • Basic understanding of equipment and usage

  • Basic understanding of major components

  • Understanding of different procedures for performing work

  • Basic understanding for maintenance of major components

  • Basic understanding for troubleshooting on-location


GenTex knows our customers know their equipment inside and out, but that can only come with years of experience working, maintaining and repairing the equipment that is their livelihood. That help is provided by GenTex offering on-site equipment consulting.

Equipment consulting can help operators run their equipment more efficiently, get the job done quicker, or help to provide any tips on how they can best complete the task at hand. We will help you get the experience you need to help you and your equipment to operate at peak performance.
