As global leaders in the manufacturing, service and supply of heating and pumping equipment, understanding the needs of our customers is an integral part of our operations. Through ongoing surveys, market research and listening to what our customers say, we are responsive to their needs, creating effective solutions to maximize success.

When our customers demanded quicker delivery times, we listened by introducing our Stock Units. Stock Units have decreased our production time by 35-45%, resulting in quicker delivery times. When our customers began to request that we service their existing equipment, we dedicated a portion of our facility to service work. When our customers demanded a quicker turnaround, we responded through building a brand new 14,000 sq. foot service facility.

By responding to customer demand, we carry over 2 million dollars’ worth of inventory, allowing for quick shipment and reducing downtime. When our customers need their parts immediately, we listen by accommodating them with an on-call parts salesperson.

Together, with our customers, we are constantly seeking more ways to provide better equipment and service. When our customers speak, we listen!

By engaging in programs such as the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP) and Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED), we are continuously adapting new technologies. Whether it’s increasing efficiencies or decreasing our carbon footprint, we strive to remain global leaders in the design and manufacturing of heating and pumping equipment.

As one of the original providers of service on existing oilfield equipment, we remain innovative through building a dynamometer to test our heaters and triplex pumps, ensuring high quality repairs with a turnaround time that keeps our customers satisfied.

With an unprecedented parts inventory that rivals that of major supply chains in Western Canada, we continuously update our supplier list to provide the best components available to our customers.
