We are looking for an Assembly Technician to join our innovative Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly Technicians work under the direct supervision of Journeymen Millwrights to perform various tasks in the Assembly and Service departments.

  • Use mechanical knowledge and aptitude to assemble mobile oilfield equipment including but not limited to equipment related to high- and low-pressure pumps, heaters, tanks, piping, valves, hydraulics, electrical, air and data acquisition controls.

  • Safely operate a variety of power and hand tools to fit, align, and secure parts, ensuring each assembly meets quality standards.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in a clean and safe manner.

  • Work comfortably with both metric and imperial measurements.

  • Follow instructions; work cohesively with team.

  • Adhere to and promote safety protocols and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • High school or other mechanics courses and hands-on mechanical repair experience are assets.

  • Working knowledge of general mechanical systems and components

  • Excellent mechanical aptitude

  • Strong manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately.

  • Assembly experience, operation of mobile oilfield equipment, and experience in a manufacturing environment are considered assets!

  • Valid Driver’s License with very good Driver’s Abstract
