I am looking for used equipment, but it only looks like you sell brand new equipment. Is there anyone I can talk to about used?
Every once in a while we get customers that are looking to sell their equipment, and if we have something to sell that works for your requirements we can let you know. Contact us to find out more.
What kind of guarantee do you give with used equipment?
We do not guarantee used equipment, but we do an inspection to see what components may need replacement.
How do I get parts?
You can call, email, or come by our shop at 38311 Highway 596, Red Deer Alberta. We also ship parts domestically for our Canadian customers and internationally if you are located outside of Canada.
If I need to order parts after GenTex is closed, what can I do?
You can call our after-hours parts phone and we will get you covered. The after-hours phone is available between 4:30-10:00pm as well as weekends. However, it should be stated that if you are calling after-hours there is a call-out charge. If you want to avoid this charge, you can call during normal business hours.
If you don’t stock something in your inventory, can I order it?
Yes, we have a great team that can help you find what you are looking for.
With service work, what kind of equipment do you work on?
We work on all sorts of oilfield equipment. Everything from N2 Units, Blenders, Frac Pumpers and of course all of the equipment types that we sell. If there are any questions about what we can service, contact us and we will let you know!
How do I schedule a service appointment or who do I talk to if I need more information?
Call our Service Department for estimating and scheduling all service work, 403-341-4155.
I am interested in the Introduction to Hot Oil Units Training Course, but have no experience with oilfield equipment. Am I still allowed to take the course?
Our Introduction to Hot Oil Units Training Course is made for people who have limited experience or have no experience with this type of equipment. The online training component is a sort of primer for those with little experience, and helps to make sure everyone has the same knowledge level when they arrive for on-site training. We created the course so that people will all be at the same knowledge level when they leave GenTex as well.
