QUALITY MATTERS: GenTex^™ Heaters Proven More Efficient

GenTex^™ heaters have been tested against our competitors, and it has been continually proven that our heaters are both more efficient, and durable, due to their superior design. Our heaters have consistently proven to be 10-15% more efficient than our Canadian competitors, and up to 25% more efficient than heaters manufactured by our American competitors. Increased efficiency allows GenTex^™ customers to save on fuel, and with the rising cost of fuel, customer savings are adding up quick! A recent study has shown that with a 15% increase in efficiency, and the associated fuel savings, a GenTex™ heater will pay for itself in one year, and with a 25% increase in efficiency, a GenTex^™ heater will pay for itself in as little as seven months.

Training:

GenTex^™'s goal is to provide our customers with easy-to-operate and safe hot oil units. Hot oil units have the capability to produce both fire and pressure and any mishaps are usually caused by operator error or lack of safety precautions or proper equipment. The training that we can offer is a valuable step in the implementation of any heating or pumping equipment. In addition to our safety training services, our research and development gives us the confidence to provide you with the safest hot oil units available.

GenTex^™'s ability to provide on-location training as a value added service has provided our customers with new opportunities for production enhancement around the world. Providing innovation and technological improvement around the globe is part of the GenTex™ Advantage.

For our domestic clients, GenTex^™ has an on-site training facility where we offer both classroom/on-line instruction, as well as hands-on demonstrations for our heating equipment (hot oil unints & heating units) and pumping equipment (pump trucks/kill units & pressure trucks). Our training facility is equipped with a mock well head so our trainees can learn how to practically apply our equipment in the oilfield. For international customers we also offer training programs in the client's own country.



In addition to the ability to train on our own oilfield equipment, GenTex ™ can also provide training on our competitor’s equipment. This training can  take place at either our on-site training facility, or in the client’s country if necessary.

1. Introduction to Heating & Hot Oil Units
(4-6 hour course)

2. Introduction to Pressure & Pumping Units
(2-4 hour course)

Introduction to major components of Heating (hot oil or heating units) /Pumping (pump trucks/kill units or pressure trucks) Units
Schematics and Flow Diagrams
Safe operating practices (SOP) and procedures
Trouble shooting
Case Studies/Incidents
Quizzes and Final Exam

On-site Practical courses

1. Introduction to Heating & Hot Oil Units

Minor maintenance & repair

Operation of pumping/heating equipment at our on-site well head
